(swing top bottle, with thanks to pivnizub) Clear copper colour with big fluffy off-white foamy head. Sweet, toast-malty and nutty aroma. Sweet flavour. Strong and aromatic malty taste, toasty, slightly roasted with caramel on a herbal hoppy background; medium bodied, almost smooth carbonation; medium-dry; malty finish with bittering hops. Well-rounded Bock.

On tap at London Drinker BF 2006. Orange/copper colour with lasting cream head. Very good finish. Some toffee/hop/citrus. Not a huge aroma, bit of toffee, then orange/toffee dryness ot end.

Bottle: Amber coloured, hazy, big fluffy off-white-head, lasting longer; shy fruity nose (honey) with a tinge of caramel; sweetish beginning, malty flavour with some traces of raisins and honey, well rounded, but some alcohol in the backyard; longer dry bitter-malty aftertaste. Not really great, but better than many other Bocks.
