Gyllengul klar vätska med rejält skumtäcke. Brödig och lite citrusig i aromen. Markerad maltighet och framträdande syra i smaken. Lång och utdragen eldighet med aromatisk eftersmak.

Sample in Kulminator Antwerpen. Grassy hops, vanilla and a hint of raspberry in the aroma. Citric flavor with grassy hops and some alcohol. Floral. Just a touch of oak. Top class beer. (3.9) Bottle from Hopscotch, @ home. Orange blonde color, cloudy. Plums and mango in the aroma, with hints of oak and apple. A pleasant sourness challenged by oak and calvados. Notes of pear and plums. Full bodied, alcoholic. Hint of vanilla. Totally different as the regular Dulle Teve

Bottle thanks to Dirk and Leen! Light hazy liquid with minimal off-white head. Aroma of cachaca, dried fruit, wood, light booze, light apples, calvados and light burnt sugar. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of calvados, wood, cachaca and dried fruit. Medium bodied with light to medium carbonation. Pretty nice but quite a lot of apparent alcohol.

Kulminator on the Borefts 1 trip. Slightly hazy golden beer. Apples and malt on the nose. Rich brandy malt with some slightly tired apple. Overall works well though.

Bottle shared by Jimmack at RBSG. Pours gold. White head. Nose/taste of sweet caramel, toffee, fruity citrus and yeast. Taste is a bit more darker fruit also some wood and baked bready malts. Good balance.

My Rating # 4000. 33cl. Bottle. Thanks a lot Henrik for the Trade. 2005 Vintage. Pours unclear amber with a fine stable white head and lacings. Nose is sweet of port, alcohol, plum. On top it has some slight oxydation and some spicy dolle yeast. Flavor is sweet oak, vanilla, yeast and pepper. Very well rounded. Vinous and slightly sticky palate. Warm and complex! Long end.. Brilliant! Im going for another thousand!

Bottle 33cl. @ Kulminator, Antwerpen, Belgium. [ as part of the De Dolle Reserva tasting ]. Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, fruity, caramel, wood, oxidide notes, light to moderate hoppy, apple notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090905]

[9/5/09] Bottle sample at Kulminator in Antwerp after LCRBM. For some reason I was sure I had it before, so I didn’t take too much notes. Anyway: Clear golden. Spicy oaky aroma. Very spicy dry flavor.

After LCRBM 2009 at Kulminator. The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Golden, very zippy, creamy head. Starts mild-hoppy, modest spicy, becomes a bit drier, finish a bit woody-moldy. Interesting!

33 cL bottle at Kulminator as part of the De Dolle Reserva tasting.Pours clear and golden deep orange with a huge white head. Wineous and fruity aroma, light wooden accent - not really oxidised but a hint. Wineous and wooden flavoured, very smooth fruity note. Mild spiced. Dry and bitter lingering finish. Dry wooden lasting impression into finish alongside a slight spiced note.
