Malted barley. Dry and light-bodied to better showcase the individuality of the hops in both aroma and flavour. A basic recipe is followed, with each batch utilising different hop varieties from around the world based on seasonality, availability, and the whims of the brewer.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours almost clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a frothy, pure white head. Light sweet with sturdy bitter pine needles, lemon rind, nips of grapefruit, background pale malts. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean and well rounded in the finish, refreshing piney and lightly grassy bitterness, lean pale bread, lemon, tangerine. Outstanding.
