Clear amber-orange, little head left. Aged, oxydized malts, honey in the nose. In the taste, rather a flavour of clover, but again aged malts or grains. Light to medium bodied, alcohol retronasal, giving end-sweetness. Strange beer, has probably not aged gracefully.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and grainy combined with light notes of caramel and alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of straw and grain as well as a light tone of alcohol. Very clean.

500ml bottle shared at a rating session in Tromsø. Orange coloured body under a filmy layer. Slightly sweet malty smell with hints of dried vegetables. Malty taste with an unmistakable asparagus profile. Flat and dry finish (23.02.2007).

Bottle, 5.2%. Weak malt aroma, hint of sewer. Clear, dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is clean and nicely malty.

Bottled. Pale copper colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel and saaz. Flavour is grassy, malty and slightly caramel. The grassy malts stays long in the aftertaste. Very well done oktoberfest beer.

Bottle. Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty and slightly grassy flavor with some hints of hops. Dry finish with some bitterness.

A bit hazy nut brown, small white head. Light flowery hoppy nose. Light to medium bodied, malty, hints of toffee, dry pinewood flavor.

(Sampled draught @ Stockholm Beer Festival) Bronze coloured with a creamy head. Light nutty, peaty aroma. Surprisingly bitter for an Octoberfest-bier.
