Ryewine
A deep dark brown beer with a beautiful golden brown head.

Aroma is bready, black rye bread. Roasted nuts and a bit of caramel in the background.

First taste is roasty and bready. If the crust of black bread were a beer, this would be the beer. Aftertaste has nutty flavors and dark dried fruits - raisins, plums.

Rye SK is a pleasantly bready, warming beer that could quite easily be used instead of a slice of bread with any food.

Bottled (from Lehe webshop). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some chocolate, rye and mild toasted tones with some burnt sugary elements. Flavour is chocolate, some rye, mild toasted tones with some mild burnt sugar and quite much roasted tones. Some strange bittery and almost sour tones in the finish.

Bottled 330ml (webshop, BB 02/2028)
Dark brown colour, steady brownish head. Dark rye bread aroma. Medium-bodied. Rye bread dominates the flavour, also some soya sauce and brown sugar. A bit of oxidation vibe.

33cl bottle from Rimi, Tallinn. Pours very dark mahogany coloured with a modest, tanned head. Malty aroma with licorice, dried fruits, bread, rye, caramel and hints of dark, dried fruits and nuts. Sweet, smooth and surprisingly light and easy to drink. Warming alcohol, but well integrated. Rather pleasant and enjoyable.
