440ml can. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma of whiskey, oak, chocolate, roast malt, liquorice, dried fruits. Taste is rich, sweet, boozy, whiskey, oak, chocolate, roast malts, dried fruits, liquorice, whiskey, warming finish. Full bodied, smooth. Superb stout. Straight to the top of me Norn Iron rates I think!

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/23. Pitch black with a good sized lasting dirty tan head. Nose is dark chocolate, spice, honeycomb, dried fruit rinds, mellow roast, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises chocolate pot, molasses, mellow whisky barrel, brown sugar melt, toffee fudge, fruit cake mix. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol backed up with mellow barrel notes. Solid sipper.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. Probably. A super thick dark black brown coloured pour with a fading dark tan loose head. Aroma is boozy fruit cake, salted caramel, fudge, tangy dried fruit, figgy pud, warming whisky. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light tang, toasted brown sugars, char, barrel, salted caramel ,, vanilla. super rich and earthy, boozy, warming alcohol, Bags of complexity. Palate is medium sweet, oily, flabby, warming alcohol, Nice.

Can at home from brewser. Jet black colour with a pale brown head. Aroma and taste are sweet caramel and chocolate with a bitter chocolate finish. Some Smokey malty. Full rich body.
