Bottle, at Patricks. An unclear yellow-orange colored beer with a small white head. Fruity, lemony aroma with green grapes, gooseberry and a light funk. It's medium to full-bodied, dry and still with some residual sweetness. There's a light funk in the flavor, leather, barnyard, hay and lemon, with some pale malts in the back, and generic fruityness dominating. Lasting finish. Quite delicious this one. 240223

Patricks 230224. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is white wine, funk, gooseberries. Flavor is white wine, funk, gooseberriesgrapes,lemon, vinous, wood, earth. Very nice beer.

Bottle @ Patricks. Unclear golden body under a dense white head. Aroma is fresh and funky, mild acidity, wood, grapefruit, hint of lemon and vinous. Taste is nice and refreshing with funk, wood, acid etc. similar to aroma. Vinous, earthy, balanced and super nice. Balanced body with long lasting, dry aftertaste. Beautiful.

On tap at White Horse. Cloudy orange with almost no head. Fruity, grapes, vinous, some barrel, funky, medium sourness. Medium bodied.

Couleur léger pâle/orange, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur un léger funk, fleuri et fruité entre les notes de la abrrique/vin et du houblon Centennial cultivé par la brasserie.
Palais sur un funk agréable/sour, léger herbacé avec un effet lambic - fleuri rappelant la fleur de sureau en retrait. Reste très sèche en fin de bouche. Usage de barrique apporte une note de fraicheur avec le vin blanc - plutôt tannique.
