"Brewed in August 2020 with our homegrown organic barley malt, organic wheat malt & aged hops. Fermenting slowly in a freshly emptied 350l white wine barrel from Burgundy, the beer developed a wonderful minerality resulting from the mixed fermentation paired with the unique barrel.
Taking our first crop of Centennial hops, we wet hopped the beer before packaging, which brings a floral & zesty note to the already complex sour."
