Second round for this berr, never disappointed, trying it with a big pleasure, during the last wednesday, at home,enjoying the holidays. Solid stout, rich and well balanced, generous note of cacao, chocolate, coffee, roasty, bitterr, subtle, 06.03.24, at Epalinges, purchased at one coop, Brig.

Weich malziger Beginn, cremig mit deutlichem Kakaoeinschlag. Süffig, milde Süße, geringe Herbe. Trocken schokoladig, vollmundig, Kakao bleibt sehr präsent, bittere Noten unterstützen, bleiben aber meist im Hintergrund. Spritzig, würzig, langer Abgang und Nachgeschmack. Gefällt! 8/12/10/11/11/11

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma nocciola media grana persistente, colore marrone intenso/nero, al naso malto chocolate caffè cacao caramello e una punta di liquirizia, in bocca caffè cioccolato al latte frutta secca liquirizia, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, carbonazione piatta, acidula, dolce con amaro accentuato, leggera astringenza, Niente di trascendentale ma si beve bene senza essere un mattone.
