Het bier is een tripel van 8,5% met fruitige en hoppige tonen en een lichtbittere afdronk. Het bier symboliseert de visie van beide kloosters en bijbehorende brouwerijen: de traditionele trappistenstijl vanuit La Trappe met een visionaire twist vanuit Kleiburg. Een deel van de opbrengst van dit bier gaat naar de opvang van dakloze gezinnen in het Kleiklooster.

Fles thuis gedronken. Oranje tot amberkleurig bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Aroma van sinaasappel, kersen en hop. De smaak is zoet, vol fruitig (sinaasappel, kers en bes). Nasmaak is hoppig.

On tap @ Bierhuis De Klomp, Delft. Clear dark golden with a white head. Fruity yesty aroma with some orange. Sweet taste with a medium bitter finish. Lively carbonation. Great tripel.

On tap at Het Lagerhuys, pours a clear bright golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma brings out a nice Belgian yeast character, perfect estery character, and gentle candied notes. Flavour reveals a nice estery character, with Belgian yeast, and gentle floral notes. Expert yeast utilization and everything is dialed in beautifully.

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, bloemig, malttonen, steenfruit, rood fruittonen, wat kruidig, hoptonen, sinaasappel, honingtonen wat yeasty. (22-4-2023).
Magus, mõru, kuiv, suhkrune, Belgia pärmine, floraalne, väga humalane. Ok, praktiliselt Belgia IPA laadne toode.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden to orange amber, white head. Aroma: Malty and hoppy, sublte fruity (orange, stone fruit) notes, Taste: Starting more malty, notes of honey, bit sugary, subtle fruity (orange, peach, orange zest), more hoppy finish. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitterness at the finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

Bottle thanks to TomHendriksen at home shared with Laura. Unclear darker orange color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, yeast, somewhat (Dutch) "wrang". Hard to describe other than that. Light malty sweet and some malty bitters. Hmm not too impressive imo.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hoptimaal', bottled in December 2023. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty aroma of peach, banana, honey and light clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral taste of grains, honey, peach, clove, nutmeg and some banana, followed by a short, quite bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Refreshing, rather hoppy Tripel, much better than the many sugar and booze bombs out there, yet not overly complex or deep.

Fles gekregen van Inoven, thuis geprobeerd. Het is een oranje bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van hop en sinaasappel. De smaak is vol, zoet, fruitige sinaasappel tonen en een hoppige afdronk.
