Can, alc. 5.0 % BB 05/2009. Clear golden color, small white head. Sweet corn aroma, light cardboard too. Fizzy. Sweet apple-malty, harsh cheap hopping. Harsh, plasticky aftertaste. Tastes a bit alcoholic too. Cheap bulk lager.

Bottle. Golden, visible carbonation, small white foamy layer. Sourish-strawy nose. Light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, rather light bodied. Short grainy-sourish finish. A flat and dull one...........

The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass is quite light, not much foam. Starts dry and modest hoppy, but not metallically. Nice mixture between spicy and dry. Good beer!

Light golden yellow color, rather thin and quickly fading head. Aroma of malt; lighter than their Spezial. Light to medium body, medium to more carbonation, slightly thin malt taste, little sweetness. Little depth, but decent balance. Good hops but not pronounced. A tinge of fruityness goes with them. Decent well balanced finish of malt and hops. A light beer, but very good drinking and well-balanced at that. Great with curry.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly dusty and moderately sweet malty nose with a touch of grains and plastic. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft, almost a bit flat carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy taste with a sweet and faint bitter and slightly sticky finish. Not an overly amazing Helles (07.08.08).

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a small, white head. Soft, malty body with a short, dry bitterness. Completely anonymous but quenching all right. 190805
