It's time to take a leap into one of life's greatest indulgences. Based on the world-famous crispy, chewy treat known as Churro, this whiskey barrel-aged imperial brown ale serves up that familiar decadence featuring notes of fried dough tossed in sugar and cinnamon against a backdrop of mellow bourbon sweetness.

12oz bottle from my brother. Sticky black pour, thin brown head. Aroma is cinnamon and brown sugar, roasty, sweet. Taste brings notes of chocolate, cinnamon, molasses. Super sweet. Diabetes here we come!

Bottle from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a caramel brown color with a finger of beige head that lingers as a ring around the glass. Nice cinnamon focused nose with vanilla and classic doughnut aromas. Really nice churro flavors on the palate with cinnamon and bourbon coming through as it warms. Smooth finish with vanilla and warming bourbon and kiss of cinnamon that lingers on the finish. Very enjoyable.

Draft/Fest. A- Cinnamon, apple, chai tea, vanilla, oak. A- Brown color, clear liquid, brown head. T- Cinnamon, chai, nutmeg, caramel rolls. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A strong cinnamon caramel roll flavor and aroma. I loved the small pour and like to think I could enjoy a full pour of this; not too sweet, but still a dessert beer.
