Dieses Bier ist nach klassischem Verfahren gebraut, die Gärung wird dann aber nach kurzer Zeit gestoppt, um den Alkoholgehalt unter den gesetzlichen 0,5% zu halten. So entsteht ein sehr malziger und vollmundiger Charakter ohne Alkohol.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
500 ml bottle. Lightest pale golden with a small head. Lots of wort, grain, hay, straw, light citrus. Grainy worty sweetness, slightly dry. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Not bad!
