Dieses Bier ist nach klassischem Verfahren gebraut, die Gärung wird dann aber nach kurzer Zeit gestoppt, um den Alkoholgehalt unter den gesetzlichen 0,5% zu halten. So entsteht ein sehr malziger und vollmundiger Charakter ohne Alkohol.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grainy and breadish malt, wort. Taste of breadish pale malt, wort, cereals, moderate bitterness.

Bottle picked up from Fristo Getrankemarkt Freising and consumed at home Monday 4th May 2026 after first day at work in new job with Josef Weiße, we were working at München Airport replacing lights. Just spent an hour watering things in the garden now cooking Ndjua Meatballs with Rice. Pours light/mid gold good clarity, mid/large white head, taste is a bit of cereal but the non alcoholic taint comes through, aroma just about okay, mouthfeel good, had better, had worse. Score: 5.4

Drunk at Gans Woanders. Lightly malty, grain dominant, light bitterness. Pretty decent alkfrei beer.

500 ml bottle. Lightest pale golden with a small head. Lots of wort, grain, hay, straw, light citrus. Grainy worty sweetness, slightly dry. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Not bad!
