Born out of collaboration with colleagues from Carlow Brewing (O'Hara's), they incorporated the first Ale brewed in Corunha into the family of 1906 beers. We reinvented the Irish Red Ale style to incorporate a Provoak Dry Hopping hop into its production. A blend of four malts and four hops.

Ingredients: Galician water, four types of malt (Pale Ale, Carared, Carahell, roasted malted wheat), four hops (Nugget, Sladek, Admiral and Provoak) and SafAle S-04 fermentation yeast.

Light malty aroma. hazy brown color, small and short head. Light sweetness, cheese and nut notes, bitter aftertaste. Light to medium body.

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep amber pour, two finger frothy off-white head, medium retention. Broken lacing on the glass. Average nose, malty, caramel, lightly toasted. Lager-ish background, some sugary notes. Light body, medium carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, slightly sticky, fizzy, easily drinkable. Bittersweet taste, more on the sweet side. Aroma of toasted caramel, nuts, molasses. Sugary, mild roasty. Light herbal touches. Short to medium lasting finish, sweet and sugary. Ok.

Bottled 330ml. -from local Konzum Zagreb. Brown coloured with red glare, medium sized pale beige head, caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light cardboard and some herbal touch with rather sweet finish.
