Draught@TCBW2023. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is floral, some mild raspberries, coffee, a bit toffee and some liquorice, roast and chocolate to it. Flavour is chocolaty, some roasted tones with toffee, mild raspberries, some blackcurrant elements with mild cocoa and some dried fruity tones and alcohol.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of caramel, raspberry, dried fruit, chocolate and dandelion syrup. Pours dark brown color with quickly diminishing brown head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel, chocolate and tart raspberries, following is fruity, ashy and roasted, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Bottle from Drankgigant webshop Vlissingen, Netherlands and consumed at home in the company of Craig and Stella Saturday 14th October 2023 listening to Umlauts - Slags. Pours black, shark eye black with a thin head of beige. Roasty nose, there is raspberry on the nose also, bitterness following in the mouth, dark, bitter chocolate, raspberry going on big style but lovely. This is a great beer for nailing things without falling into the trap of going super sweet, it's a very, very nice stout.

Black and very thick. Head fades quickly. Aroma has loads of fresh raspberries and also lots of toasted malts. Really thick, oily texture with a tight, fine carbonation. Great balance of sweet sour and bitter. Really has a cocoa like powdery bitterness.
