Herrlich hell in der Farbe, mit einem schlanken, eleganten Körper, leicht aromatisch im Geschmack. Gut ausbalancierte Bitternote mit angenehmem Hopfenaroma. Die helle Freude, unser „Einfach’s“!

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Rather neutral aroma of slightly strawy and doughy pale malt with a tinge of metal. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Strawy pale malty taste with with weak hoppy traces and shy grainy accents towards the slim and moderately sweet finish with a very restrained level of bitterness. Boring. 03.V.11

swing top bottle 500ml. -shared with Marko. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, dusty and slight grainy nose. Malty, grainy and slight herbal with short and rather bitter finish. Pretty ordinary lager.

Bottle at Sir William’s Pub, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Poured a golden body pierced with lively streams of carbonation. Medium sized white head that went away slowly. A nice sweet grainy malty nose rounded by a subtle herbal presence. A classic German honeyish grainy malty taste, sweet, with some weak gerbal bitterness near the end that builds up in the aftertaste. Well, not thrilling but a nice ordinary lager.

Bottle from Total Wine in Roseville, CA. Minus the "Hell". Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is a bit bready with some noble hop on top. Near medium body with decent carbonation. Flavor is mild bready with mild spicey hop. Rather light, but quite drinkable.

Bottle thanks to my dad. Labeled simply as Moosbacher Lager. Pours with a white head that fades and a somewhat light golden body. Aroma is very dry and bready with metallic and husky notes. Taste is bready with corn and dryness. Very dry mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
