Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, rich h ead. Grassy nose. Dry with medium body. Lots of grassy hops over buttery maltiness. Long balaned bitterness. Pleasant, even if notes of paper distracts somewhat.

Swing-top bottle: Pale golden, small white fluffy head; sweet-malty nose with a light aromatic hoppiness; solid sweet-bitter flavour, pretty malty body, light to medium bodied; lasting sweet-bitter finish. Pleasant, czech-influenced Pilsener...........

Bottle. Weak, metallic, citric aroma. Shiny golden colour. OK, big-bubbled, semi-stable head. Quite full-flavoured, malt and flavour hops. Medium bitterness. OK mouthfeel.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Light-sweet malty, slightly grainy nose with beet roots and shy hints of hops. Quite sweet flavour, grainy and veggie taste, light to medium body, rather smooth carbonation; slightly sweet and papery finish. Disappointing.

A hazy yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is hoppy and grassy. While the flavor is sweet malty and hoppy. Very simple.
