330 ml bottle. Grain, hay, mild metallic hops. Metallic bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry bitter finish. Rather mild bitter Pils from the North, but not bad.

A clean refreshing german pils, similar to a pilsner urquell actually, tastes triple decocted and noble hopped, good after work beer. Graeff Hamburg. Just a slight astringency.

bottle from bierpost.com. Golden yellow, tall white head. Grainy nose with a woody hoppy touch. Light-bodied, grainy malty flavours dominate, woody-grassy bitter hops are there, lingering bitter hoppy finish. Typical Northern German Pils.

“Dithmarscher Pilsener“, Flasche (33 cl) aus Kyritz. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase getreidiges helles Malz und etwas ruppige, schwach muffige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk schlank und etwas harsch zitronig-herb und süßlich-hellmalzig. Gut rezent, etwas dünn. Im Abgang wenig aromatische, derbe Bittere mit Zitronenschale. - Dünnes, plastikartig-zitroniges Pilsner, kaum besser als ein Industriebier.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Preller' (Breckerfeld), best before June 2018. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy and quite skunky aroma of grains and some straw. Just a little sweet, quite bitter, moderately grassy-spicy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, rather dry-bitter, moderately grassy-spicy and minimally metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid thirst-quencher apart from the odd aroma, typical Northern German Pils.
