Brewing is a form of art, the art of creating flavors. Together with Fauve we bring you a vibrant West Coast IPA. Beer styles are a constant moving target, with a modern approach, experimental hops (HBC 522) meets German bred Cascade and Comet. Dank and zesty, fresh and piney. Pours clear golden and drinks pleasantly bitter.

Beer is art and this is our exhibition

Really one of their best ipas. Clearly. More akin to a west coast, not fluffy or pillowy modern. Firm bitterness but a massive malt body that stand up more than enough. Guild box

opalescent golden colour, one inch of dense ecru-ish head; aroma of grapefruity, lemon zesty, some grassy, herbal, moderate resiny, maybe slight pineapple and hints of sauerkraut; taste has similar notes to the aroma with intensive hoppy bitterness, which is well balanced by biscuity notes; great IPA!

440ml can Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours what could be described as hazy gold, with a good white head that sticks around. Aroma gives tropical suggestions, taste brings a profile centred around orange and resin, with some mild grapefruit and grassy moments. Expected a pinier, more resinous west coast character but it's fine overall.
