Bottle from MiP. Golden color. Hint of appel and grain in the aroma. Grainy flavor, just a bit vinous. Rather thin. Apple. Cheap, I don’t like it.

Bottle from Lidl in Sønderborg. Pours clear pale golden with airy but stabke white head. Clear aroma of yeast, skunk, hops and citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with a good deal of yeast and water, water, and water. Bitter, hoppy and skunky finish. Drinkable if absolutely necessary but in no other circumstances.

330 ml bottle, as Karlens Guldøl Danish Premium. ABV is 5.6%. Ingredients include maize and glucose syrup. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Fairly strong and sweetish grassy aroma. The flavour is not quite as sweet as I feared, and has a certain "crispness" that makes it quite drinkable, even if the hops are very moderate. Being a discount beer, this is not, after all, the definite bog standard.

33cl bottle presumably only available in sixpacks. clear light amber, smooth white head. faint fruity dry vienna sort of aroma. perhaps faint corn. not bad. flavor is a little sweet, faint fruity, faint bitter, strange bitterness that could be a strange choice of hops, or perhaps alc shining through..
