An Old-World ale rebooted with New Skool cool. We injected our Belgian-style beer with tropical American hops to create what we can only call a mutant Blond. A dual-passport ale that merges Belgian sophistication with the audacity of an American gazillionaire. Seems innocent, right? *NOPE* Our Blond is dangerously fruity and totally mental. Beautiful and bad-*ss at the same time, she thrives in every season and social situation.

Blik 33cl. Yeasty, wat grainy, fruitig, licht kruidig, lemon peel, steenfruit, wat sinaasappel, lichte bittertonen. (6-7-2024).

Can drunk near the end of the evening. It foamed over onto my dining room table so that's minus points there. Mostly clear, lots of foam obviously. Grain nose, hint of yeast spicy-esters. Lightly sweet on the tongue with some bready hints. Not too complex but pretty tasty. Moderate-high clean bitterness.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

33cl can from Albert Heijn Knokke-Heist supermarket. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, orange, banana, honey, red apples pees, bit spicy. T: medium malty base, banana, red apples, honey, bit herbal, nice balanced bitterness, bready touch, medium carbonation, good for the style, enjoyed.

(Draught at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 10 Aug 2023) Golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, candied pineapple, candy sugar, grass and spices. Fruity, malty, spicy taste with dried fruit, citrus, grass, herbs and a gentle spicy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced blonde. Nice one.
