Bottle at home picked up from HOTM probably. A thicc dark brown coloured pour with a whispy dark tan head. Aroma is rich dark dried fruits, treacle, condensed fruit cake, dried apple, spicy dark chocolate. Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 23/06/23. Pitch black with a good sized dirty tan head that dissipates to a 'C' shaped swirl. Nose is chocolate, molasses, syrup, brown sugar melt, nutty, booze, dark fruit tang. Taste comprises dark chocolate, peanut butter fudge, syrup, sugars, molasses, dark malts. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising balanced boost. Tidy enough impy but a little disjointed and lacking balance for me ... just a touch too sweet and syrupy.

Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and nuts. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, sweet, nut, little dark fruit, warming and a little bitter.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 01.02.2028) im 2023-06 getrunken. Dieses kräftige Stout ist ein echtes Schokoladen-Monster was eine ölige Konsistenz hat. Es ist so als ob es flüssige, 60%ige Schokolade ist. Dazu kommen tollen Nussaromen. Eine wunderbare flüssige Praline!
