14.09.2024 Rerate: Leicht hochgenommen. Nicht mehr unsauber, aber mittig etwas bitter und damit unrund. 31.07.2021 (3.0) Optisch sattes Gold, leichte Perlung. In der Nase Maische, Getreide. Im Trunk ebenso, kernig, Kippt kurz etwas unsauber weg, leicht süß, okay.

Bottled, from Hier Gibt's Bier. Clear pale amber, mid sized head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, bready and mildly floral. Rich on gentle malt. Mid bitter finish. Nice, malty, harmonious festbier.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.[ As St. Georgen Bräu Annafestbier ].Clear medium to light yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, sweet malt, sugary malt, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, nutty, sweet malt, caramel, hay, sugary malt - malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190816] 6-3-6-3-12

St. GeorgenBräu Annafestbier, Flasche (50 cl) von REWE, Ebermannstadt. - Tief goldbraun, klar; üppiger sahniger Schaum. - In der Nase schlanke aber kernige fruchtig-hopfenwürzige Herbe mit eleganter Orange und Kräutern über toastigem Malz. - Antrunk schlank und herb zitrusfruchtig-toastmalzig mit feinen Anklängen an Orangenöl. Gut rezent, für ein Festbier recht schlank. Im Abgang trockene, feine zitrusfruchtig-harzige Herbe mit zarter holziger Note. - Ungewöhnlich schlankes und trockenes, elegant zitrusfruchtig gehopftes Festbier. Ausgezeichnet!

On draft at St georgen brau Keller at Annafest. deep golden color. Lovely nose of apricots, bread and strawberries. Very fruity, malty mouth with great apricot and peaches. Not as full body as expected. Smooth and rounded. Never had such a fruity Marzen but good depth and easy drinking nice stuff.

Würziger, hell süßlich herber Antrunk. Helles Getreide, milder dumpfer Alkohol. Spritzig, die aufkommende Hopfenherbe unterstützt und verdrängt die muffige Getreidigkeit. Sehr süffig bleibend, steigende Würzigkeit, zum Ende vollmundig, leicht holzig. Gut! 9/11/11/12/9/11

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours a yellow colour with an off white head. Caramel nose with some fbready. Malty and sweet flavour.

Many thanks to ThirstyBird for this bottle! The beer starts malty and slightly grainy. Hints of sweetness and (strangely) alcohol. Easy to drink though, but with a slightly strange malty-grainy sweetish aftertaste. Moderate bitter.
