Are you ready to CRUSH it this summer?! The second beer in our 2023 Off-Centered Art Series has arrived! Mandarin & Mango Crush is a citrus-forward fruit beer brewed with boatloads of tart mandarin oranges and juicy Alphonso mangoes.
With roots deep in coastal Delaware, the Crush cocktail has long been a go-to summer sippers for locals, and we’re thrilled to have recreated an iconic beach-town libation in the form of a craft beer.
Clocking in at 6.0% ABV, our Mandarin & Mango Crush is a lightly sweet, hazy gold-colored brew that boasts a refreshing, citrusy tartness and a crisp, dry finish for a sip of summer in every bottle.
Featuring artwork by Natalya Balnova, Mandarin & Mango Crush is a beer-centric reimagining of the beloved coastal “Crush” cocktail, which is a simple combination of spirits and freshly-pressed juice obtained by ‘crush’-ing the fruit with a hand-powered press. Natalya brings this vision to life with whimsical label artwork, providing drinkers the opportunity to imaginatively taste the beer before cracking open a bottle.

Can. My can says 2024 art series. Alky content is same, must be same recipe. Its an orange mango color. Nose is quite more mango than mandarin. Initially more tart than expected. Yes good fruit level and its not in yer face. It never comes across like a spiked soda, like so many other fruited hard malt beverages. Almost flat, but there is some diminishing co2 in there. Glad its lacking any added sugar, and I can tell. Well balanced mildly tart brew. Not bad, better than most dull domestic fruit beers.

I had this at a hotel bar in Rehoboth, just a few blocks away from the brewpub. Can pour. Really vibrant yellow-orange color, with a light orangish head, decent size. Aroma was huge mandarin orange, very light mango. Flavor was light tropical fruit, mandarin orange. Sweet, big citrus. Enjoyable for a refreshing, crush beverage.

Pours very hazy with an aroma full of mangoes and oranges. The sweet and lightly tart flavor bursts with mangoes and oranges. It’s exactly as advertised and pretty well done.

12oz can. Big candy extract aroma. Has more in common with Crush soda than a beer. Thin bodied, no real malt tones. All about the flavoring...big mandarin orange tone, lesser mango. An OKish fruit beer I guess, not one I'd revisit.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy orange gold with quickly dissipating finger of head. Bright orange and mango aromas with grain on the nose. More of the same on the palate with the orange really shining. Definitely a bright mandarin / tangerine flavor with the mango on the finish. Drying with nice carbonation.

Bottle. A- Mandarin, citrus. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Mandarin, overripe mango, citrus, cleaner. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Meh. This was probably in the clearance bin for a reason.
