Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig malzig, leicht metallisch. Geschmack malzig, metallisch, würzig.

Im Geruch hopfig-frisch ist der Antrunk ziemlich laff. Der Hauptteil ist wässrig-süßlich, aber sehr süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht süßlich-honigartig, aber nur in Anklängen. Das Bier ist nicht herb, aber schön süffig. Insgesamt viel zu laff-wässrig
--> Wieder eins von den Bieren, die schön zum Runterkippen, aber nicht zum Genießen sind.

Deutlich getreidiger und süßlicher Beginn, eine leichte Blumigkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es mangelt aber an einer Bitterkeit, die die Süße zurückhalten würde, harmonisch ist es daher nicht. Hopfiger, eher grasiger Mittelteil. Von da an wird das Bier spürbar würziger, das Getreide wird breiter und verdrängt die Süße zusammen mit einer aufkommenden, recht milden Bitternote. Zitrusartiger Abgang. 11/8/9/11/11/11

The beer foam properly. Slightly bitter, bitter soon after, so it remains until the end. This balanced but the dry aromatic finish pulls. Otherwise, a traditional export

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass a bit light, nice head. Starts mild, modest hoppy-dry. Finish shows some lemon notes, modest spicy. Could be a bit stronger.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear light medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toated, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101118]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a white head. Crisp bitterhops aroma. Flavour is mild fruity and crisp bitterhops. Medium dry flavour with a lingering fruity finish. Nice, crisp and clean.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Medium-sweet grainy and cereal-like aroma with a light herbal hoppy notes, accompanied by honey-fruity accents. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Grainy, malt-accented taste with light notes of honey on a herbal background. Quite dry, slightly bitter finish with a delicate herbal hoppy touch. Once again a Hoepfner brew of reliable quality (02.05.07).

Bottle. Almost golden-colored body, clear, with a small, white head. Decent maltyness in the aroma, especially compared to the pilsner, and it has some fruity hops as well. It’s not a world-class aroma though. The flavor is, like the aroma, grainy, malty and fruity, leading to a hop-fruity finish without much bitterness. Thin to medium body. I’m not overly impressed by the beer, but it’s quite drinkable. (070705)

Bottle. Yellow / golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt. Flavour is sweet, fruit, malt. Ordinary pilsner.
