This beer is a lighter version of our Oude Rhubarbe Tilquin à l'ancienne. Same recipe with 250gr fresh rhubarb per liter, but lighter in alcohol, due to the use of a blend of 50% of Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics.

Cloudy pale yellow blond beer, big creamy irregular white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, funky, lots and lots of rhubarb, spicy, very earthy notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, lots of fresh cut rhubarb, sourish, acidic, very nice and refreshing. Aftertaste: lots of rhubarb, earthy, very nice, lovely acidity, clean, lemon juice and lemon peel, very refreshing, lovely beer!
