Can from Amsterdam airport. Extremely sweet with a fake alcohol taste. Malty, with a bit of caramel as well. Not terrible, but too sweet, cloying, and artificial. Drinkable, and hides its alcohol pretty well.

A blonde lager with a thick collapsing white head. A light sweet malty aroma, light solvent notes. In mouth, a sweetish light candy sugar, a bit thin, and some metallic notes. Medium bodied. Not as bad as i thought this would be. 500 ml can from Carrefour, Bogota, 5500 COP (2.75$).

50 cL can. Pours clear yellow with a huge white head. Slight chemical and grassy aroma. Sweet syrupy flavoured with a light cornish touch and rather subdued bitterness. Somewhat artificial sweetness. Ends with a minor bitterness.

Canned. Pale golden, very brief head. Aroma of burnt toffee and apricot brandy. Sweet and quite malty with lots of alcohol. Medium bodied with some syrupy bread ans surprising bock character. Light salty finish eith plenty of peach brandy.

Canned. A golden beer with a huge fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is extremely sweet, both on the lips and in the mouth, and the alcohol burns slightly, leading to an end with a light peachy note followed by a dry and slightly bitter finish. Very unbalanced - way too sweet.

500ml can from Carrefour, Calais. I martyr myself upon the altar of crap European strong lagers for this site. It has a clear golden colour under a thin white head. Still, it is better than watching Chelsea against Levski Sofia. Bit of corn on the aroma.Bit of puke too. Mmmmm. Tasteless in mouth. At most it has some syrupy malt, a bit of golden syrup flavour and a bit of crisp carbonation on finish. Not horrible in any way shape or form and if you want to get pissedthere are worst ways. Corn aroma is awful though. I really miss being in Portland, OR. Anyone fancy offering me a job in Portland so I can come and live there?

Can. Clear, golden with a white head leaving nice lacings. Sweet and malty aroma, and a flavor with sweetness, alcohol and some cardboard-notes. Medium to full body. Not as bad as expected. Rating: 4-3-4-3-8-2.2. (061013)

Canned(500ml). -Clear golden coloured, small airy white head, slight sweet and alcoholic nose. Sweet sugary and syrupy aroma with slight fruity notes and obvious alcohol presence. Besides high sweetness quite drinkable.
