The proof that cooperation with other breweries does not necessarily have to be a one-off is our beer brewed together with the Falkon brewery - Homies. There have already been 6 batches of Homies, so we decided to honor this dry-hopped lager with the coconuty Sabro hop variety by creating a stronger version. To all eternal friendships!

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, tangerine, kaki, mango, spices, a bit woody, alcohol, rice, carrot. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite warming for 7% abv, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 25/06/23. Golden orange pour with a just off white cap that dissipates to a swirl, Nose is orange zest, grass, herb, pale malts, melon, papaya. Taste comprises orange zest, hint of caramel, melon, sugars, soft malts, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. It's fine but a touch on the sweet side and not enough lager input for my liking.

Can. Pretty much a clear gold beer, small bubbly very pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, rich for a lager, a light creamy sweetness. Not much of a lager tang here Smooth Sabro, and like all recent Sabro beers I've had the coconut has come to the foreground and the ripe pineapple has recessed, but not disappeared. Modest citrus and crisp pine bring things to a close along with a very late hop spice nibble. Nice beer, clean and refreshing and nicely Sabro, only slight demerit, very slight, is I was wanting a lager and it didn't deliver the style.

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Almost clear golden with a small white head. On the sweet side with grass, floral hops and mild citrus. Quite soft bitterness in this one.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear amber with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, green, damp grass, sappy, dank, sweet white bread, sponge cake, nice tropical burst of Pina colada, pineapple, coconut cake and melon. The taste is dry upfront, bitter - sweet, doughy white bread, sponge cake, madeleines, lemon curd, sabro filth, pineapple, coconut, green, weedy, fruit pudding, jelly and a pleasing nip of booze with a tangy tropical fruits, prickly finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. The sabro creeps through and takes hold. Lovely the sweet boozey lager base. Well done.
