Avec 5 houblons utilisés (Incognito, Citra, Galaxy, Centennial, Talus), je craignais, comme cela est souvent le cas, à une IPA brouillonne. Et comme dans 80 %, cela fut révélé exact à la dégustation. Comme souvent avec Moon Lark, on est frustré qu'ils ne fassent pas les derniers réglages. En verre nous sommes sur un blond voilé avec peu d'effervescence et quasiment sans mousse. Le nez est plutôt appréciable avec un mélange d'herbes, d'agrumes (clémentine, pamplemousse), de mangue, d'ananas et noix de coco. En bouche, si la complexité est bien présente, le houblonnage à cru est trop marqué et avec trop de houblons, on perd en clarté de ligne aromatique. L'amertume est pour sa part appréciable et l'alcool, à 6,3 % plutôt efficace même s'il ne tient pas la longueur. Quelques réglages à effectuer.

Shared can 0.5l at Base Camp, many thanks to Camons! Hazy, pale gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy, herbal, some tropical fruit, peach. FLAVOR- pleasantly sweet, moderately bitter, juicy, overripe exotic tropical fruit, citrusy, citrus peel, resinous. Medium body. Great NEIPA.

Can @ Base Camp, Prague. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus. Flavor is sweet, little malt, fruity hops, sweet tropical fruit, pineapple, sweet citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 070824
