YG 031124. Black color with a beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is roasred malt, coffee, chocolat, bread, caramel, dried fruit. Nice beer.

Bottle. It's close to pitch black in the glass, with a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma has quite a lot of black coffee and dark chocolate, with roasted, almost burnt malt notes and some mocha. It's full bodied and smooth on the palate, a tad hard on the carbonation, and mostly on the dry side. Dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts and a hint of bread crust and dark dried fruit in the flavor. A gentle bitterness backs up the little sweetness. Medium length finish. A pleasant and well brewed beer I won't shy away from repeating. 241103

Black with a huge light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and oatmeal sense. Light bitter, some sweetness with a roasted malt and oatmeal end.

From bottle at MB2 24.05.23. Dark brown to ebony. Diminishing brown head. Fine aroma and taste of roasted barley, rye bread, cigar box, espresso, barn and liquorice. Solid bitterness in aftertaste. Good!

500 ml bottle, as Trollbryggeriet Slogen Outmeal Stout, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Black colour, large to moderate creamy tan head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, oatmeal, chocolate and mild coffee. Smooth flavour with the same elements, noticeable bittering hops in the aftertaste. The best beer I've had from Trollbryggeriet so far.

Sort med beige skum som varer. Aroma røsted malt sjokolade havre. Smak malt havre mørk sjokolade lakris kaffe noe alkohol. Fyldig, smaksrik, noe bitterhet. Flaske fra VP Langnes, delt med Synny

Sort med beige topp, lite topp og raskt dalende. Aroma: sjokolade, karamell, kaffe, havremalt. Smak: Kaffe, mørk karamell, hint av sjokoladefondant, malt. Godbitter ettersmak av kaffe. Takk til Leif.

500ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Dissipating fawn-coloured head leaving scattered lacing on the glass, brownish-black body, next-to-clear. Inviting smell of earthy chocolate and cocoa. Mid-sweet oatmeal flavours, joined by biscuit and chocolate malt. Ends with roasted, mid-sweet malts. A bit doughy on the swallow. Okay stout on a Friday eve. (Tromsø 10.03.2023).

Hazy dark brown, tan head. Aroma of celery, mint and juniper. Taste of caramel, coffee and chocolate. Bottle from eo, shared with bg. A little harsh.
