Imperial Breakfast Stout with Lactose. Conditioned on Cacao & Coffee.
RISE AND SHINE is based on the classic Finnish breakfast Blörö which traditionally consists of a cigarette, shot of vodka and a coffee - definitely the Monday morning wake-up remedy we need. To harness the true essence of a Blörö-powered morning, we added a pinch of smoked malt, coffee, cacao & lactose. The result is an extremely smooth stout with assertive notes of coffee and cacao, a balancing sweetness and the faintest hint of smoke (we didn’t want cocoa and coffee water on our hands).

MBCC. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050523

Tap. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is coffee and cocoa, nicely aromatic. Taste is coffee, cocoa, chocolate, mild roast. Velvety mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty.
