Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 030523

ABV: 12.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, coconut, chocolate - vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, sweet malt, nutty, hazelnut, coconut, chocolate - vanilla. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230503]

375 mL thicker waxed bottle poured, from the brewery. Thanks, Dubs! Dense jet black appearance. Dark espresso brown foam head. Insane amount of chocolate. Vanilla cream, milk chocolate, caramel. Brownie reminder. Soft booze over candy bar nose. Cocoa linger. It's boozy but not too harsh. Sweet, but not over the top. Vanilla note hangs on. Definitely a dessert brew. Quite nice all things considered.
