(bottle) Hazy, dark amber to brown colour with a massive greige foamy head. Wheaty and slightly fruity aroma of cassis and light notes of banana. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to hardly medium body with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with a faint toasty touch and notes of cassis. A bit slim fruit-accented wheaty finish. Middle of the road Dunkelweizen. 22.IX.09

Bottle. Smokey malt and banana aroma. Reddish brown color - lots of head. Slightly smokey malt and banana/peach flavor - mild carbonation and moderate acidity. Full bodied Really what I expect from a dunkelweizen - dark malt equally blended with fruity flavor. An excellent dunkel - makes me sad that I probably will never be able to get it again.

Cloudy red-brown, off-white creamy head. Fruity aroma - banana, blackcurrants. Bready slightly roasted base with banana and berry notes. Somewhat fizzy mouthfeel.
