440ml can Chez Sophie. Hazed gold appearance, good white head. Exotic nose. Smooth exotic hop character, not as full bodied and pillowy as the Vermont massive, but pleasant enough with a nice light drinkability.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a fine minerally crisp snap. The malts are flirting with being thin but deliver the right level, for me, of creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine and good nibbly hop spice. A mellow skunk underneath. The brewers manage to get a modicum of crisp grape from the Nelson Saving, impressive! Softer Idaho 7 citrus and tropical melange. The Mosaic has pretty much vanished for me, or the tropical aspect has merged with the Idaho 7. Finishes crisp with the hop spice really starting to bite. Nice dipa, crisp and hop fruity and pretty spicy.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Red session. Poured a hazy yellow colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, juicy mango passionfruit light pineapple palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Vske Balancen, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits, gentle dankness, and chalk. Flavour is full of juicy stone fruits, resinous hops, and bready malt. Not too gritty, nicely fruity, barely any bitterness. Good.
