This beer blends two wild IPAs brewed with Strata, Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops. After aging in our French oak barrels for a year, we transferred the beer onto 300 pounds of organic mangoes. Half way through the mango refermentation, we dry hopped with Azacca and El Dorado. Incredibly juicy and tropical, this beer is brimming with notes of fresh cut mango and overripe pineapple, with subtle notes of resin and pine on top of Brett funk and refreshing acidity.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Blue session. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is funky yeast and citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light crisp, acidic, tart, light vinegar, light citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

MBCC. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 050523

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is gooseberries, grapes, mild funk, yoghurty. Taste is the same, clean jammy fruits, lieblich, not too sweet though. Oily mouthfeel, sparkly carbonation. I like!

Taster during MBCC 2023 Friday morning session shared with Ryan, Matt, Phill, Erik, and Brian. Nice barrel with some funk. A bit acidic. Ok.
