This blended wild ale is the beginning of a perpetual blend, in which successive batches will have some of this first blend. This beer is a blend of equal parts Lambic-inspired beer aged two years, and Past & Future Saison aged one year. Half of this barrel will be emptied and then refilled each year, and each refill will be alternated with Past & Future and our Lambic-inspired wild ale. Notes of sandalwood and citrus are layered on top of our signature funk, French oak tannins, and refreshing acidity.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry bugs and oakiness. Flavour is full of bugs, wild yeast, and a touch of citrus zest. Muddled and citrusy finish. It's okay.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Blue session. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is funky yeast, light citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, yeasty, barnyard, dry, tart acidic citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is peach, white wine funk, fresh stuff. Taste is the same, pretty acidic, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Tasty!

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec at my 10k tasting. Cloudy golden with small white head. Funky, fruity, oak, bit vinous, medium sourness. Juicy. Dry. Medium bodied.
