We bonded over cask ale (read Sonoma pale ale) and brewed a triple IPA. Yes, we did put some other amazing hops in there to (Hop revolution Nelson & experimental Yakima HBC586). Please enjoy this hoppy meeting of minds. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Can, 10%. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, tropical fruit and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, pine, harsh, very weird bitter, hop burn? and medium sweet.

[ As Omnipollo / Track Gold! ].
ABV: 10.0%. Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, oat, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, rich, exotic fruit, tropical fruit, milk sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity hops, tropical fruit, rich, milk sugar, sweet fruit, thick. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20230304]
