This is our take on a true-to-style German schwarzbier. It is lighter in body than many other dark beer styles (like stouts) but very dark in colour—easy drinking and low ABV without a lot of roasted malt flavour.

Draft at Druggists, Singapore. Poured almost black in colour with a thin broken off-white head. The aroma is roasted malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and liqourice bitter, with a crisp, roasty, sweet toffee caramel, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
