During MBCC 2023 Saturday afternoon session with Matt, Brian, Ryan, Phill, Erik, along with superhelpful, bossy, funny, and sarcastic Rachel, hehe. Aroma: some nuts, very sweet, honey, berries. Taste: same. Overall: misses acidity a bit, but it's good.

Tap. Brown color with no head. Aroma is cinnamon, candi sugar, vanilla, honey. Taste is the same, sweet, pastry mead indeed, but contrary to the beer the mead is sweet to begin with, so it seems more natural. Fun one!

MBCC. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, chocolate and cacao. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 060523
