MBCC. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and grass. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 060523

On a flight in Main St Wine Company, Huntington Beach, 11th January 2023. Clean and clear light golden body, short lived white head. Grassy nose, crisp and slightly grainy taste. OK Pils in my eyes.

Can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain notes some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice grain cereal malt and a grass hop.

12oz can at share. Clear golden pour with a small frothy head. Aroma and taste are crisp, grainy, malty with a small bitter bite at the back end. Clean, refreshing.

Not digging the Mosaics all that much. The bright grain, cracker, and citrus notes you want from a pils are present, but the Mosaics add a divergent Fruit Stripe gum undertone that seems out of place in such a subtle, delicate style. Slight chive on the back end doesn't help; the floral bitterness is overshadowed by the citrus punch hops. Not bad, but not what I want in a pilsner.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours brassy gold with a creamish near-white head. Mosaic aroma. Floral/fruity. Near med body. Flavor is floral/fruity, mildly bready, and leaves a touch of honey on my lips. Decently dry. Pleasingly bitter. Nice drink.
