Crop Colors is a series that reflects a mélange of southern crops and wild beer from our cellar. Two years of raspberry and blackberry crops from River Ridge Farm and time in madeira barrels provide the rich hue.

On tap at Churchkey 12/8/24. Thin, barely there wispy head. Stuffy, condensed raspberry & strawberry jam nose, pure fruit. Back-sweetened? Zero nuance. Sweet & pedestrian tart. Super juicy raspberry jam, Pinot Noir cranberry sauce, a little lemon, concentrated grape, slight herbal cut that's not nearly enough. Frothy, sweet, rustically filtered. Cocktail base.
