Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC). Rustic, crisp and grainy malty with some grassy hops and hay. Crushable and balanced.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright herbal notes, straw, and grassiness. Flavour is crisp, with lots of grassy, herbal notes, straw and crisp crackery malt. Bright and refreshing. Really nice.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is cereals, grassy, delicate but nice. Taste is cereals, sweetish malts, some grassy hopbite. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. A really pleasant Helles I have to say, hats off.
