On tap at Mikkeller Bar - Vik, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is complex and balanced, with intense oak, loads of buggy notes, and a touch of barnyard. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with a wonderful expression of wild yeast, barnyard funk, and intense oak barrels. Wonderfully blended, with a vigorous expression of bugs. Excellent.

Draught at TLVCBF, clear intense fold colour, intense sour apples, some sewer and rotten fruit, minerals, a bit of wood, mellow sourness, just a whiff of bitterness. Very good.
