it's alive blends two french oak barrels. One barrel was co-pitched with lactobacillus and sigmund voss kveik strains, then finished off with the mothership brett blend for maximum fruitiness. One barrel was directly pitched with the mothership brett blend to allow the blend to bring out the funk. The blended beer was then conditioned on guava, passionfruit and pineapple giving intense fruity aromas.

Draft at MBCC 2023, Green session. Poured a hazy light yellow golden colour with a big frothy white head. The aroma is peachy apricot citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, yeasty, juicy citrus palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Big tropical nose , slightly lactic sourness. Very smooth. Well balanced.
