An Australian East Coast style pale ale brewed with tropical New World hops.
Taste: Flavours of white grapefruit zest, lemongrass, ripe pineapple and pear meet with a soft, pillowy malt profile. The finish is well-balanced and relatively dry, with a pleasant bitterness and fruity hop character.
Appearance: A golden beer with a frothy, white head.
Nose: Bright citrus aromas are front and centre, with pleasant notes of passion fruit and freshly cut pineapple not far behind.
Malts: Pilsner zero, Dextrin malt, Oat malt, Torrified wheat
Hops: Galaxy, Ella

Draught @ Bootleggers, Odense. Pours cloudy yellow Golden with a small White head. Fruity hops. Slightly candy like. Bready malts beneath. Decent.

Tap @ Kitty's, Helsinki. Hazy red yellow beer with medium head. Aroma and flavor has sweet fruity notes. Quite sweet overall.

Tap at Mikkeller Tallinn Viru. Thin body,medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light sweetness. Weird, because not only is it not hazy, but there is also light chlorophenol present. Otherwise it is clean and hops-centered, general citrusy hops character. Average-good.
