Tap at Beergeek Bar. Clear golden body, white head. Classic Freigeist weird toothrotty funk in the aroma, herbal and floral notes too, pungent and kinda works. Tart taste, apple, herbal notes, again with that weird Freigeist funk. Okay in my book, not more.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy, spicy malty and slightly herbal-grassy, hoppy aroma, hints of mustard seed, whiffs of chamomile, a weak, yeasty fruity touch of banana. Taste is herbal-grassy hoppy, yeasty spicy and minimally bready and spicy, pale and wheaty malty, hints of mustard seed, a touch of chamomile, very light, yeasty fruity hints of banana. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Mild spiciness, light and refreshing - very nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before November 2023. Slightly hazy, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately grassy aroma of grains, clove, hay and traces of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit grassy taste of grains, clove, hay, white pepper and some citrus, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice session beer with a yeasty character, nicely grassy as well.
