Milk chocolate and cold press coffee flavours work in harmony with a smooth bitterness to create a rich and perfectly balanced dark beer. On Nitro, the beer is smooth and luxuriously creamy. Less Gluten, Extra Black.

Keg at Craftsman Company, Aberdeen. It pours.dsrlesy ruby brown to black with a small, fluffy tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, earthy, toasty, charred, umami, liquorice, cacao nibs and rocky road. The taste is dry, toasty, charred oak, bitter - sweet, umami, liquorice allsorts, rich roasted malt, burnt toast, light tannin, toothy, rocky road and malt loaf with a toasty, charred finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and soft, velvety mouth feel. Flavourful, balanced and moreish. Tasty.

On tap at the hanging bat Edinburgh. A really well made hoppy porter, lots of earthy flavours, chocolate, caramel, molasses. Nice, very smooth.

Black beer, off white head. Smells sweet and malty. Flavour has malt, a little cream, a little chocolate. Super tasty especially for the strength.

330ml can from Cork & Cask. Gluten Free. Black colour, beige foam head leaving lacing and aroma of roast malt, smokey, chocolate & coffee. Taste is roasty, sweetish malty, dark fruity, with rich chocolate, coffee, ash and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasted bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Keg at Ryrie's. Pours near black with a thick beige head. Aromas of chocolate, coffee and toffee. Taste has light roast nuts and chocolate again. Thin finish.
