Bottle at home, 12th January 24. Pours a clearish orange, big head. Aroma is sharp, some citrus, light banana and floral. Taste is a bit too clean, sweet, floral, perfumed, yeast, caramel, bread, light bitter sweet

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a glass tankard. Hazy pale golden colour. Tall moussy and rocky white head, a lot of tiny bubbles, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma wheat, banana, cloves, yeast
citrus notes. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter, light sourish, wheat, yeast, light banana, spicy notes. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, yeasty medium sweet, light bitter and light sourish aftertaste, light tart, fruity and spicy notes, very nice.

Von der Farbgebung des Etiketts hatte ich (fälschlicher Weise) auf ein dunkles Weizen geschlossen. Herb fruchtig, Malz, floral, Kräuter, minimal „milchig“ (noch nicht „buttrig“). Interessante Aromatik. Gut. Könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das nicht jedem, an jeden Tag schmeckt. Am richtigen Tag, in der richtigen Stimmung ist das aber durchaus ein richtiger Kracher.

Heftige Carbo aber dafür geiler Schaum. In der Nase hefig, fruchtig. Im Trunk sehr cremig, fruchtig, leicht bitter, Nelken.

Bottle at HopDog., Clove and dried apricots aroma. Medium to full body, mineral and yeast astringency, chewy white bread, light banana, allspice, fruit bubblegum, light apple, banana retronasal. Very good.

Mandarin in the aroma. Fruity, flowery flavor. Fruity thirst quencher. Doesn’t stand out in flavor, complexity and character. Decent, nothing more.

500ml Bottle - Hazy light amber in colour. Banana, peach and some hints of spice and vanilla yoghurt in the aroma. Banana, peach and toffee all feature in the slightly spicy and sweet taste.

Bottle @ Brewery. Pours Hazy Golden with a large White head. Banana, But not overripe Banana, wheat and a bit of yeast. Smooth and Very Good Weizen.

On tap at the brewery in Dorfleins. Cloudy gold orange colour lasting white head. Very estery fruity aroma. banana lemon touch of clove. yes very decent. good carbonation and mouthfeel. good peach banana lemon combo. very refreshing and satisfying. good weisse
