(bottle, labelled as Hartmann Bock Hell, 7% ABV) Golden colour with a short frothy light yellow head. Sweet malty cookie-like aroma with apricot light notes of caramel. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour. Initially malty taste with growing bitterness towards the finish; medium dry, slightly hoppy finish; aromatic bitter aftertaste.

Bottle (thanks to MoritzF !) : Deep golden coloured, small firm head, slightly hazy; sweet malty nose, mixed with a "wooden" hoppiness; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost a little bit dry; sweet, caramelly, later dry and bitter finish. A decent, pleasant Bock.................
