Poured from a bottle @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Hazed blond gold with small white head. Fruity plum with feint funk.

Flaska från Pellicle, 2023. Disig varmgul med vit krona. Stor plommon-arom. Syrligt, lite omogna plommon, kärnor. I smaken ganska mjukt. Mycket kärnor, plommonskal, fin fruktighet. Mycket gott.

Fast gone white head over fully hazy peach-coloured beer. Intense lambic nose with yellow/pale stonefruit. Horseblanket. Fruitacids dominate the taste; peach, plums and other yellow fruit. Lactic acid, whilst horseblanket is in retreat. Woody character. Light acidburn and -thinning. Not very carbonated. Dry-out effect. Fantastic balance. Very good fruitlambic derivate.

Bottle pour, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.394 Global - #266 Belgium - #2 Pellicle Vergistingen] Pours hazy orange with a pink head. Aroma: plums, berry skin and barnyard. Taste: funk, wild yeast and lot of plums. Moderate adidic. Fairly fruity. Balanced. Next one please!
