Bottle. Hazy orange color with no head. Aroma is mirabelle plum indeed, delicate, good fruitiness, some barn. Taste is mirabelle jelly, very lovely integration with the funk, dryish finish, but somehow also juicy. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty!

Bottle pour at MBCC, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense plums, light funk, and wild yeast. Flavour is full of plums, moderate acidity, and gentle wild yeast. The plums and acidity are well-situated. Very good.
